Yes. All tiers include the KMA (Key Management Appliance) unit. The Pilot tier includes one appliance; Production includes up to three; Enterprise has no limit. The appliance ships pre-configured for your satellite downlink assignment and is rack-mountable in a standard 1U enclosure.

The Pilot tier operates on a 90-day term with no renewal commitment. Production deployments use an annual contract. Enterprise contracts are negotiated with multi-year options available. There is no per-key or per-use billing in any tier.

Yes. The Pilot KMA appliance and ETSI API endpoint remain fully compatible with Production. Upgrading activates additional site and endpoint capacity without requiring a new integration. Your integration team does not need to touch existing connections.

Pramatra Space operates the satellite and the downlink ground station network. Your deployment receives satellite-to-ground key material through Pramatra's owned ground stations. You do not need to install your own antenna hardware. The KMA appliance connects to Pramatra's key relay over a standard encrypted WAN link.

Yes. Production and Enterprise tiers include hybrid PQC mode, which layers CRYSTALS-Kyber (ML-KEM, NIST FIPS 203) key encapsulation alongside the QKD-derived key. This means both the quantum channel and the classical PQC channel would need to be compromised simultaneously to expose key material. The Pilot tier supports QKD-only mode.
